Crating & Shipping

Our idlers are carefully packed and crated to avoid any damage in transit. Componex strives to keep crating cost low, while still providing a durable crate. We use crate sizes that allows us to standardize on purchase materials and have developed a structured process that allows our employees to build crates proficiently. Componex understands that crating costs are a non-value added expense of buying idler rolls. For this reason, Componex provides crates at cost to our customers.
