Bearings
Componex has designed an incredibly free spinning bearing that has literally set a new industry standard. Utilizing a hi-tech synthetic lubricant, Componex manufactures WINertia™ idlers with one of the lowest drag bearings in the industry. It increases bearing life with reduced noise.
Bores
Our patented WINertia™ idlers feature a unique custom end cap. The end cap serial numbering system catalogs part specifications, quality control reports and makes reordering easy.
Shafting
One of the most commonly overlooked aspects of roll design is the strength of the shaft. An undersized shaft increases the risk of damaging bearings.
Dynamic 3D Balancing
Dynamic 3D Balancing, exclusively from Componex, drives weights to the center of the idler tube along built-in balancing lugs. This precise balancing process and WINertia's lightweight design keep your idlers running faster, smoother, and cooler and it reduces whip.
Winlock™ Bore System
The end cap is an essential part of the Winlock™ bore system, available exclusively on Componex idlers. The Winlock bore extends the life of the bearings by reducing the risk of contaminates by shielding the free spin bearings from dirt. Through a series of precision engineered and machined components, the Winlock bore system locks the bearing in and locks dirt out.

Crating & Shipping
Our idlers are carefully packed and crated to avoid any damage in transit. If you are within our delivery area crating is credited with crate pick-up. Outside our delivery area we will quote crating and shipping and will discount your crating charge with crate return.
